Frequently Asked Questions

I can’t log in to my account. What do I do?

If you don’t remember your account login, you can use the “Lost Password” feature of the site.  You can find it at the top of the page inside the orange login box at the left side. Just click this link and you will be asked for your account’s email address. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. Check it after a few minutes (check your spam folder if necessary) and then click the password reset link. You will be asked to enter a new password. Once updated successfully, you can now log in using the new password. If you still have technical issues regarding login, please contact me.

How do I watch the videos?

My premium videos need paid access to view. If you have already paid for the video(s), you can access it through the “Watch Paid Videos” link on the main navigation menu. You have to be logged in to your account to watch the videos. Just click the link to the video(s) that you have purchased and you should be redirected to where you can watch it using your Internet browser.

Are the videos available for download?

To avoid illegal distribution of my copyrighted material, I have opted not to enable downloading of the videos. They are only available for streaming on my website. Once you have paid for access, you can stream and watch as many times as you want. There is no limit. If you have trouble watching the videos, please contact me for troubleshooting and resolution of any possible issue.

I can’t watch the video(s). What can I do?

Firstly, please make sure that you are logged in and that you have purchased access to the video(s). If you are sure that both of these conditions are met, please check the following:

  1. Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version. There could be some issues with very old versions of browsers.
  2. Make sure that your connection is stable. The videos are streamed in real time without caching so a dependable Internet connection is necessary.

If you are getting an error message in the video player, please contact me for technical support.

The video player appears broken. What should I do?

When you visit a web page, some of the files get saved into your browser’s cache to make the web page (and other pages using the same files) load faster next time. However, some files become obsolete or corrupt which sometimes causes issues with displaying web pages. To fix this, you have to clear your browser’s cache. Click on the following links that correspond to the browser you are using for instructions on how to clear your browser’s cache:

How do I pay for the videos?

You can purchase access to the videos through Paypal or credit card. I use Paypal gateway to process credit card payments. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using your credit card by selecting the “Pay with Credit Card” option. A Paypal account is not required.

I have already paid for the video(s) but I still cannot access the video(s). What do I do?

Once your payment has been processed, you are immediately given access to the video(s). Go to the Watch Paid Videos link after you have paid for the video/s and then click on the video/s that you have purchased. You should be redirected to the video player, otherwise, you’ll be asked to purchase access to the video.
